I this case, Offset means how many pixels user has to scroll at one time to trigger event, scroll it fast.
1. Set Offset UP (px) option if you like to trigger event on scrolling UP with offset. 2. Set Offset DOWN (px) option if you like to trigger event on scrolling DOWN with offset. 3. Set Point UP (px) option if you'd like to trigger event on current scrolling point when scrolling UP. 4. Set Point DOWN (px) option if you'd like to trigger event on current scrolling point when scrolling DOWN.
