📘 Instructions – Snap & Month Calendar Plugin Bundle
This plugin bundle gives you two calendar types in one:  
✅ A Snap Calendar (7-day horizontal scroll) for modern mobile UX  
✅ A Month View Calendar for full traditional date grids

Easily drag either into your Bubble app depending on your layout needs. Here’s how to set them up:


📅 Snap Calendar – Week View (Mobile Native)  
Snap Calendar is a responsive, horizontally scrollable calendar optimized for mobile.

How to Set Up:  
  • 1. Add the Element: Drop the Snap Calendar element anywhere on your page.
  • 2. Size It Properly: Set width to 100% and height around 70–90px in the Appearance tab.
  • 3. Customize Look: Change fonts, colors, radius, and spacing to match your app’s branding.
  • 4. Highlight Dates with Dots: Use the Dot Dates field to show dots under dates.   Format: YYYY-MM-DD,YYYY-MM-DD,...   Example: 2025-07-09,2025-08-04
  • 5. Use Dynamic Values (Optional): Input dot dates dynamically (e.g., from a field or text input) and use :split by ","
     to convert to a list.
  • 6. Trigger Workflows:   When Snap Calendar’s Selected Date is changed → Do something   The selected date is automatically stored and updatable.
  • 7. That’s It!: Enjoy a native-like, smooth scrolling calendar with great UX!


🗓️ Month View Calendar – Full Monthly Layout  
A clean and simple traditional month calendar with full feature control.

How to Set Up:  
  • 1. Add the Element: Place the Month View Calendar element wherever you want.
  • 2. Set Width & Height: Use full width and allow flexible or fixed height based on your layout.
  • 3. Control Years: Set Min Year and Max Year to limit the navigation range.
  • 4. Disable Dates: Prevent selection of specific dates or date ranges using Disabled Dates in the same format: YYYY-MM-DD,YYYY-MM-DD
  • 5. Dot Indicators: Like Snap Calendar, you can show dot indicators under special dates.
  • 6. Use with Workflows: Trigger workflows when a date is picked just like any Bubble input element.
  • 7. Perfect For: Bookings, availability views, content calendars, and date-based forms.

No support! The plugin is glitchy and will land a week behind you point it.

Snap-back bug: Tap a date, calendar jumps back to the previous week. selected_date sometimes fires twice and overwrites the correct value with the wrong one. Users can't reliably select a date, that's a dealbreaker. Initial Date is off by a week. Every time. Only workaround is adding +7 days to trick it into landing on the right week. That's a bug, not a config issue. go_date does nothing on Android/BubbleGo. Scroll To Week Index has no parameter field in the action builder is completely unusable. Uppercase YYYY-MM-DD breaks the plugin entirely, lowercase yyyy-mm-dd only, undocumented. Emailed Lesscode March 17 with reproducible details and three specific questions. No response. Weekday. Spent hours debugging what turned out to be plugin-level issues, not my implementation. Building a native date strip now. Don't waste your time.
