Drag Google Places Search in your page editor
When something is searched, the state of the component updates with the places and places_ids
Use a ShortList component to display the places
Once the ShortList item is clicked, find the place_id using the current index from the place_ids state
Run action in your workflow "Fetch Place Details" and pass the place id to it
Voila! You have place details now in the state of the component

Didn't work, limited use cases.

Doesn't pull all of the information from the Places API, only got it partially working and received no support from the developer after emailing them. For anyone else thinking of using this, just get the normal Google Places API. It works great on Mobile Native, just look at the documentation and you'll figure it out way quicker than this plugin. Gave it one star because I got it kinda working, but it really doesn't have much value.
