Add the action "Convert RGB to Hex" to your workflow.
Specify values for Red, Green and Blue (0 to 255).
The result of this action is a text Hex value for the color, which can be used to dynamically color any bubble element.
Example input: Red = 66, Green = 135, Blue = 245
Example output: Hex = #4287F5
